I come up with one more question, which I am unable to solve.
I am getting error: Forbidden while connecting to RHN, and I need to edit squid.conf file. But when I checked there is no such file (not the squid directory under /etc).
Can you help me on this. I need to update them urgently!!
Thanks for your help!

Have you tried under '/usr/local/' ?
find / -depth -name "squid.conf"
