the only provider i know of that needs special software to connect is AOL. and yes, there is AOL for linux.
for all others, just setup ppp ![]()

I asked one of them Live Support people on AOL, he told me there's no aol for linux. I'm confused

AOL doesnt make the software as far as i know, there is open source clones.
