edit grub to multiboot

hi! the first scenario is i have a windows 2000 installed on C:> which is the primary partition, then i have D:> for data, and E:> where i installed linux. That time, when i try to boot on linux, i have to insert the grub disk, if not inserted, the windows will boot.
Now i reinstall my linux, and i forgot to select "install grub on first partition" instead i select the "install it on MBR", from that time, when my pc boots, i can't boot on windows cuz it starts with the grub. What i want now is how to edit that bootup option to include Windows 2000 so i can have a choice which OS i like to boot up. IF you have much more convenient way to make it dual boot again, pls. tell me. thanks a lot in advance.
