/etc/shutmsg present: all incoming connections will be refused.

Hello.

I get this msg all when I start proftpd. I know that I can delete the shutdown msg and its allright. But I had proFTPd 1.2.5 installed before and it ran well without problems with the shutdown msg.

Anyone knows a way to solve this ?

Thx in advance.

Regards.
