Help me create/tweek a new linux distro

Any techie create/tweek a linux distro this month? Need only certain fonts (including at console, terminal, GUI and font folder) with a booting/installing graphical image. Both Live CD and install.

why dont you do it yourself? the linux community helps you help yourself doesnt it?

based on my understanding of linux, this is how you can do it:

first, install a linux distro on a new computer,
remove any packages, and or programs, functionality that you wont need from the distro
then customize it as much as you want,

If your gonna need more in-depth analysis, code, environment then consider building it from scratch,
