You don't need a fax machine to get faxes. Get a fax-to-email fax number from CallWave. Try it free.

Help Needed in RH Linux 7.1
Hi All
Do anyone know how to control access to the Remote Client by the server in RH Linux 7.1. I've tried with /usr/sbin/ntsysv 235 /sbin/service xinetd restart and restarted the machine. but still it is not working. In RH Linux 6.5, we can comment the line regarding the telnet in the /etc/inet.d file. Can anyone tell the equivalent file for this in RH Linux 7.1 or the procedure to allow access to the remote system (client) by the server. Thanks in Advance Raghuram. |

Bad subject. Start here -> http://forums.devshed.com/showthrea...24097&forumid=5
Saying RH Linux 7.1 is not specific enough. Putting Help needed in your subject is totally redundant. Your subject could be better written as Access control in RH7.1, descriptive, short and simple. You also posted a stupid subject in UNIX forum -> http://forums.devshed.com/showthrea...6679&forumid=35 which should be written as: No dialtone in Solaris. |

What service are you talking about? Telnet? ssh? rpc? ftp? what?
Ask complete questions in the future, please. |
