How to change the nobody in nobody@domian.com
Hi all, I'm a linux newbie and when i send mail using PHP, the FROM: field when the mail is received is nobody@domain.com, how can I change this nobody to something else, like admin@domain.com. I know this isn't a PHP problem because the @domain.com is correct to what I specified when installing suse linux 8.0.
This is while i'm logged in as root. Please help, thank you. Last edited by DKCUK : July 2nd, 2003 at 04:38 AM. |

So yes, it is a PHP problem, and you should have known that from the beginning, because at PHP.net they state that you can spcify who the email is FROM.

What I said is useful. I am sorry that you do not see it that way. And if this post was "finished hours ago" then why did you "bother commenting if you aint got anything useful to say"? |
