Hi I'm newbie in Linux, and I have this question which would seem very easy to most people around here.
How do I unzip a file zipped with WinZIP? Thank you for your replies! |

On my system I can just run the command line:
unzip file.zip and it will unpack it. If the program isn't installed, you'll probably need to search google and find it. I'm not sure what lib or whatever you'd need install it. |

It worked! Actually, as I found out, unzip in right in the system.
Thank you very much, kicken! |

Use GUI
Hey I am a casual user in Linux and I will tell u to
* Try using KDE it is same as MS WinBlows * Always try to login in User account not in Root account. * Right Click ie Click right button on any file u want to open and U will find that Rh Linux (>=7.2) will give u option to open that file. Last Linux Is wow :-)
