Kernel Panic No Init Found

I'm newbie to Linux. One of my system is getting this error while booting and it stops there itself.

The error is : KERNEL PANIC NO INIT FOUND

I'll appreciate if anyone give the solution for this error.

how you booting to linux

your mounting wrong or bad install

do you have a bootdisk
