LILO question
hey,
i have 2 hard drives-- master = slackware 9 slave = windows xp pro right now, i have this for the windows xp config in lilo.conf: Quote:
.... when i press enter on the WindowsXP selection at the boot up screen, it just hangs there... anyone know the proper configuration for this? thank you!

You are saying: "other = /deb/hdb1" or "other = /dev/hdb1" ??
As far as I know the latter and not the former is the path to the hdb1 device handler file in linux. If it's not this, make sure that the slave partition you are trying to boot is actually hdb1. (issue a df command in linux) Good Luck Andrei
