new kernel debain
ok I have debain and I just comiled and installed a newer linux kernel (2.4.20). everythign goes just fine i boot up again into the new kernel and all my drivers dont kwork anymore. When booting it says my eth0: cant retreive anyhtign or soemthing like that.

forgot to compile and / or install the drivers too?
make modules ; make modules_install ; depmod -a
