pop server

setup of startx

f1 of pop3 has no explanation, other services, hit f1 will have explanation

in /etc/xinetd.conf I added enable telnet pop3 ftp

110 port is not listening to nobody. even I have checked the /etc/service
and xinetd.d/pop3d and restart the "xinetd".

because there is not port 110 listening at all.
my pop3 and I have checked /etc/services

rtelnet 107/udp
pop2 109/tcp pop-2 postoffice # POP version 2
pop2 109/udp pop-2
pop3 110/tcp pop-3 # POP version 3
pop3 110/udp pop-3

#
service pop3
{
disable = no
socket_type = stream
wait = no
user = root
server = /usr/sbin/ipop3d
log_on_success += USERID
log_on_failure += USERID
}

I do not know why.
This is a redhat 7.3 newly installed server. I have a email trapped in pine
and it is

----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
cinik_worm@yahoo.com
(reason: 554 delivery error: dd Sorry your message to

cannot be delivered. This account has been disabled or discontinued
[#101]. -
mta175.mail.scd.yahoo.com)

I know some is doing harm to me.
