Red Hat equivalent of Wget on SUSE
Can anybody tell me the RedHat equivalent of the command wget on SUSE?
I just want to be able to download directly to my server from an http:// location. Thanks! ![]() |

Just do a search on Google ... you'll find http://www.gnu.org/software/wget/wget.html
and on http://fr.rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2htm....php?query=wget you'll be able to download rpm for RH or other distros. Hope this helps!

lynx can do the same job for you.
i donīt have the correct parameters on my mind, but do "lynx --help" i think it is lynx --source --out myfile http://www.myHost.com i.e. in words "donīt parse the file but output the raw data" and "put output data into file" |
