redhat 8 and windows xp..please help

hello,

i have 2 HDD's: one has windows xp the other has redhat 8. the redhat 8 HDD is the master and the windows xp HDD is the slave. i am using GRUB, but for some reason it wont boot windows xp. when i hit enter on the 'DOS' selection it comes to a screen with rootnoverify(hd1,o) chainloader +1 and never moves from that spot, any ideas why and/or how to fix it?

Check this out. Take a look at your /boot/grub/menu.lst
or /etc/grub.conf
