rock solid RAID card in RH 9.0
I am looking for a RAID card that is compatible and rock solid under RH 9.0. It is going in a server so I need it to be as problem free as possible

And use SCSI, never IDE. I used to install ICP Vortex controllers and Adaptec with SuSE 6 series (about 3-4 years ago). When there were problems with the server, it was never the linux drivers or the RAID card. But: All your hardware needs to be high quality and have stable drivers to make a solid server. So make sure you donīt have a cheap mainboard, ram, cooling, power supply... everything.
