RSYNC using SSH

RSYNC using SSH
Is there a Rsync command line to copy the local machines files such as the entire C: drive and even specific files on the local machine to a usb hard drive.

For example moving files from source to a destination drive.

When you mention 'C:' drive, are you looking to copy from Windows to Windows ?
