Secure Production server - LAMP

Does anybody know about an individual or a company selling instruction on
How to setup production LAMP server with all bells and whistles.

I have been trying to collect info on web but
it has been slow and frustrating experience.

There are many resources but at the end I find out that they are usualy very shallow.

I am pretty sure that one could make a small fortune selling some PRODUCTION solution:
CentOS, Apache, PHP, MySQL, Sendmail
PHP accelerator, optimizer, and dynamic content cache,...

I would definitely subscribe and pay to a website that offers a secure solution
and I would have more time left to learn e.g. PHP, MySQL.
And I mean a complete solution. Not a ticket system(REDHAT).

I wish somebody stepped up and saved people like me, brought back sanity to the whole process and difused the
Microsoft claim that despite open source beeing free its usage eventually incur comparable expenses.

How about forums.devshed.com, couldn't you setup separate
thread on LAMP?
