Server IP/Logs
Where can I get the server logs for the last couple of months or so on my Linux/Apache machine?

Its your machine, where do you keep them?
usually someplace like /var/log In general, logrotate compresses them and deletes old ones. So if you need to keep them for a long time, you need to save them rather than letting logrotate delete them |

Thanks. What is the default amount of time they are stored for?

I don't know for sure, I think its distro specific.
You can probably change it by looking into logrotate which typically looks at /etc/ logrotate.conf |

Debian keeps 4 weeks by default. Don't currently have access to installations of other distros so I couldn't tell you for sure.

I looked in /etc/logrotate.conf, as fishtoprecords suggested.
