should I choose motherboard with 2 on-board NIC as web server....

should I choose motherboard with 2 on-board NIC as web server....
if the web server is behind a broadband router with port forwarding and stay
inside a office?

q2. If some day this web server goes to "co-location-NOC", do u still
consider to use "motherboard with TWO on-board NIC " as web server?

q3. do u have the well-configurated port forward script with "ipportfw" ?

TIA.

Laplace.

q1. no - defeats purpose of having a router in the first place
q2. no - there's simply no need for that as you will have to have router anyway, which means you don't just hook up two boxes thru nics
q3. no - sorry
