Slackware user login issue
I'm starting a migration process from some old Redhat servers to Slackware 9.0. I noticed today that while I am logged into the Slackware server as root (at the console and through ssh, even when I log in as regular user and su) no regular users can log in via ftp. Is this normal behavior? I really need to be able to log in as root during the day to perform maintenence tasks while allowing other users to log in via ftp. Where would I find information on this?
Thanks!
