SUSE, GUI interface to manage users

Is there such an interface? I am accessing the server via rdp and when I open a terminal window the fonts are messed up.
    Thanks,
    Evan

    Thanks,
You can install KDE or gnome packages that offers graphical interface for the suse. But in order to use these packages you should have enough memory available.

You can also use yast on the console to manage the users on the machine. It has a nice ncurses interface.
