telnet can not work with -h for super-user only error
i open one telnet service between two hosted server as private connection, in case the ssh crash therefore i lost communicate with my machine, of course, all of the request in telnet other than the ip is fobbiden.
but i can not telnet , while i telnet the host, response with: login: -h for super-user only. then connection closed by foreign host. what is the reason please? where to configure it ? thanks frederick |

login configuration
It may be due to incorrect settings in any of /etc/login.* (login.defs, login.allow,...)
Check them, they're almost always full of comments to guide you, so there should be no problem. If that doesn't help, you'll have to be a bit more precise. Greets |
