Triple Boot - Running rEFInd - Remove GRUB

So I am running a triple boot system with Mac OS X Mavericks, Windows 7 Ultimate, and Linux Mint 17. Booting from rEFInd I can boot right into Mac OS X; however, when I boot Windows or Linux from rEFInd, I then get presented with a GRUB boot menu. How can I get rid of the GRUB boot menu, and have rEFInd boot right to Linux or Windows, as selected on the rEFInd selection screen?

I've tried placing the XFS4 driver that comes with refined into a EFI/refined/drivers folder on the Mac OS. That did nothing, other than give me another bootable option for Linux Mint, in the rEFInd selection screen. And that option is even messier looking the then GRUB menu (it prints out line after line to the screen as it's loading the OS).

Is this doable or is the GRUB menu the only option... seems counter-intuitive to make my way through 2 boot selection menus.

    rEFInd just looks nicer.

Sorry, meant Ext4 in my last post, not XFS4.
