Video Resolution in Redhat Linux 7.2
How do I change my video resolution in RedHat Linux 7.2? I am running Gnome and would like to change from 800 x 600 to 1024 x 768. I saw the option when installing, but didn't change it. And would like to know how to do it without re-installing linux.
Thank you in advance |

I have the same problem, except when I run Xconfigurator and choose my monitor I get an "Server does not exist, can't continue." And Xconfigurator quits.

hahaha
Just edit your XF86config or your XF86config-4 if you have it in the /etc/X11 dir change the "modes" to "1024x768" instead of what is in there.
