where is qmail-smtpd-auth-0.30.tar.gz

where is qmail-smtpd-auth-0.30.tar.gz?

I went qmail class and the lecturer has a different installation and there is qmail-smtpd-auth-0.30.tar.gz and I do not where is it in qmail.org???


I tried goggle.com. Not found there?

the qmail installation procedure:

Forget that one, get this instead qmail-1.03-starttls-requireauth.patch.

Enabling just smtp-auth doesn't do any good but make it worse off.
1) Don't just enable it, you need to enforce it.
2) Traditoinally SMTP doesn't require authentication. When doing it without SSL/TLS, you eventually are making your server more vunlerable to password sniffers.
