WINE hacking
dont know to much about WINE but is it possible to let it handle the software parts of winmodems so linux can use 1 of them to get onto the net?

Have you checked out http://www.linmodems.org ? Some winmodems do have drivers for Linux.
But, in brief, no I don't think that WINE can do driver emulation like that. I could be wrong, but I don't think so. |
