Zombie processes
Lately, i have started to notice the odd behavior on my linux machine, Netscape refuses to load some pages (like AOL's web mail) and more and more zombie processes are starting to appear. Today java_vm is a zombie, kswapd was a zombie another day, root cant kill the process. Is netscape related to this problem somehow? And why are these process becomming zombies? Any help on this would be appreciated!
Thank u
