Carbon machine translation
I wrote a functioning carbon application in c++

my brother wanted a copy, but when the application was copied to the other machine (same machine type [iBook G4], same OS [OS 10.4]), the application refused to open.

why is this happening?

how can I fix this?

I probably haven't provided enough info to solve this problem, if this is the case, please ask questions.

Carbon is a core framework, it should exist on any Mac you try it on. You've compiled it and created a bundle?

More info would be good i.e. error message. Does your brother have the developers tools etc.
