Making Screenshot
Can anyone help me on how to make a screenshot?

Use the application called 'Grab' in the system wide Applications:Utilities folder.

Or just use command-shift-3 to get full screen, command-shift-4 to capture part of the screen, and add control to either to copy it to the clipboard instead of making a new file on the desktop.
