Office Update - Where are my emails?

Hello,

I did an Office Update the other evening and thought nothing of it.
Then, just last night I went to check my emails (not a daily task), only to find that Entourage had reverted to it's original form.
What I mean is that the user interface had resorted to the default and it didn't have any of my emails or contacts information contained in it.
I don't know what to look for OR where to look for it.
If I knew what to look for I could of course use Spotlight to find it.
Anyone know why this update would have caused this?
Has it happened to anyone else?
How do I fix it?
Thanks.
