OS9 Bootable CD help.
Well I would like to make a bootable CD for my Web cam computers that will be at remote locations that I can't get to when and if a HD fails.
Plus the data on a CD is a good bit more stable than a HD. it will be used in a 7500 that will be at the 1500 foot level of a tower in a weather proof enclosure. the 7500 has been modified so it wont over heat. I also have built a circuit to reboot it by remote. I use to make bootable CD all the time with toast but is there a way to do it with OSX 10.3.7? Thanks. ![]() |

Thanks anyway
Well after some consideration I decided to try to find a old CDR and set up a A G3 tower with the CDR.
I found a HP SureStroe 6020 for $20.00 at a small used computer store and oddly enough they had a old copy of toast new in the box. $1.00 Woo Hoo ![]() Well I am now I have portioned the 4GB to two 2GB drives and installing OS9.1 on both and making one a template. If yall see a new pict on my WWW page you will know if it worked or not. caio. |
