Hi,
I'm not sure why you would want to revert to a previous date but change the date on the machine and reboot As for your administrator password, on all bootable OS X install discs there is a utility called "Password Reset" that is found in the top menu bar. Boot from your OS X install disc and select "Password Reset" from either the 'File" or Utilities" option in the top menu bar depending on which disc you have. Select the correct user and enter a new password. Reboot to the hard drive and your new password will be in effect. NB. For ease of use the password can be left blank. Hope this helps, David. http://www.devshed.com! Last edited by SimonGreenhill : March 11th, 2006 at 02:48 PM. Reason: Removed link. Please read forum rules and guidelines. |
