Text editing
Hi,
is there a program in Macs thats like Notepad a text editing program where u can create like HTML documents

TextEdit is the equivalent, but it can do .doc and defaults to .rtf, but you can force it to do ASCII/UTF encoding for html
however if your just doing html i strongly recommend SubEthaEdit though they recently started charging $30 for it, i think its worth it, if you don't want to spend $$ then i recommend installing Apple X11, fink, Fink Commander, and using Fink Commander install Quanta, its an excellent editor for HTML and supports things like auto-complete and is generally better at html then SubEthaEdit but Quanta was designed for Linux and has almost no integration at all with OSX (it doesn't even support Aqua, it uses control as the modifier too), Quanta is also quite a bit bigger then SubEthaEdit and takes a lot longer to load

If you just want notepad, why don't you use the built in apple thing? I forget it's name.
