Hi,
I have created a document in mac word, and inserted some images from the net. After sending the document to a PC the images cannot be viewed and have to be redownloaded from the net. Is there a way so that the whole document, with images, is transferred? Cheerio |

Mmmm, my guess it that instead of including the images in the word document Word has linked to the images on the web; similar to a hyperlink? If you dragged the images directly from Safari this could make sense. What I suggest you do is to save the images to your computer and then insert them into the word document again, either on your Mac or PC.
Hope this help, Mark.

Are you getting the "big red x" instead of the pictures? IIRC this only happens for certain picture types, usually when the other computer doesn't support the MIME type of that image.
You can always print to a pdf and send that.
