Apache and windows xp mail
I am setting up apache to run on my windows xp machine, but i want it to be able to send mail out for development.
How can this be done?

Install an mail (smtp/pop3) server on your machine. There are dozens which you can get for free. Your ISP may/may not allow you to run servers , so check their TOS.
