Automatically respond to e-mail
Hello there,
I have a client of mine who rents a server for his website. He has created from cpanel business e-mails (info@mybusiness.com, pr@mybusiness.com etc).
He asked me if there is a way, if someone sends e-mail to info@mybusiness.com, after for example 5 minutes to send automatically html e-mail to the sender after generating a ticket number.
For example if you send mail to support@viva.gr, after 5 minutes, you receive this e-mail:
We have received your message and assigned your issue with Ticket ID #.............. You will soon be contacted by a representative. Our support department is open daily for 24hours. You can call us at ........ from Greece or +30 211 .................. from abroad.
And the subject of the automated e-mail is the subject of the sender with the ticket being generated. I suppose that my client also has to somehow receive the incoming e-mail with the ticket number that is generating.
Do you have a clue of how to do this? I don't prefer to use outlook, because i read that it has to be open in order to do automated procedures and also i don't know if it supports the ticket system.
Thank you in advance.
P.S. Because i am newbie on this, please help me with detailed info of how to do this.
Thank you in advance

Not sure if you want a ready/pre-built system or want to make it yourself.
I suggest you try to do a search on "email support ticket system" and see if there are anything you can use.

Actually i need a ready solution, but i don't want the senders to create tickets through a console or something. I just need an e-mail support ticket platform, where i create automated answers, then connect to some e-mails and when someone sends to those e-mails, then to send automatically the answer with the generated ticket that i created.
