Cyrus imap backup

Hy,
first i must thank you for all the great information that i can find here. Really useful.

I was looking of forum but didnt find any solution.

So, I have a debian mail server that is running Cyrus-imapd-2.2. On server is 5 mailboxes and about 30GB of emails. Now i've got yet another server which i want to use for backup server for these mails.
Both servers are in same network so there wont be problem to sync 30GB mails form on server to another.

Does anyone have a solution how to handle the daily backup via rsync and cron.

You can also tell how you have solved this?
