Email weirdness

Ok on my website thiscollege.com users can type into peoples emails and invite them to join the site. Now if you type a gmail or yahoo user it works as expected. However if you send an email to an exchange server it does NOT show up in the inbox or spam...its like it goes into a blackhole...what is causing this?
