Exchange 2000 on ISA Server Enterprise

Hi, I have installed ISA 2000 on the Windows/Exchange 2000 Domain Controller on my office network.

Now, I've followed the instructions here;
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/isa/2000/deploy/isaexch.mspx
(under the Exchange on the ISA Server Computer) and I can't seem to be able to send emails out although within the domain is fine.

I've checked the Exchange System Manager and under the SMTP Virtual Server's Queue's the outgoing mails are listed as Remote Delivery and it will be stuck there.

Also, I am using a POP Connector program to pull my emails into the exchange server.

Did I miss out something?

Did you propagate a MX entry in your DNS record?
Emails across a local intranet indicate a proper install. Emails unable to go out into the wild usually indicate an MX issue.

Well, I installed ISA last, Exchange was working fine before that but ISA locked down everything, I'm struggling to find out what did ISA blocked now.
