How to stop receiving duplicated mail problem

In my office we are using MDaemon Mail server ver 6. I've got a one problem with incoming mail. Somebody receive duplicated mail 10 times a day. I don't know what's wrong. Help Pls.

This could sounds stupid but if is only few or one account receiving the duplicated did you check if is not that specific machine the problem and not the mailserver?
