Is exchange used for this?
Hey guys/gals,
I was wondering how to do access one email account ie. superduper@san.rr.com from multiple computer simultaneously. It is something that we need for our small office because all of us need to see the email at the same time. Is there a way to store the email on a dedicated server and view them from other client computers simultaneously? Is this what microsoft outlook exchange does. If not how can i do this? Thanks in advance. |

I think its best your entire staff should use an email client like Outlook Express or any other email client of your choice and configure every one's software (email client) to download emails from the server but Leave a copy of the email on the server. By doing this you'll ensure that everyone gets a copy of that email.
