Lotus Expert Needed

I set up a cc:Mail account today. My display, when my email is sent, looks something like this "emailname@domain.com" instead of this "Firstname Lastname <emailname@domain.com>" I would like to know how to add my name to the display. This is where it gets a little confusing. My name is displayed in the internal mail, the only time it is not displayed is when I send it out of my network area...lan.

So, all i need to know is how to change the current setting (emailname@domain.com) to (Myname Lastname "emailname@domain.com").

This is very hard for my to describe so hopefully you understand what I am asking about. Please ask me questions if you don't understand what I am requesting.
