I have a dedicated server and I have been trying to fix this for 5 days now. I can receive email but cannot send it with Outlook or webmail. Its with Godaddy and can only chat with support. I have verified my settings in Outlook. Verified my DNS zone. Verified my MX records. They are saying my exim may be configured wrong but want to charge me to just look at it. What else can I try? I have logged into exim with SSH and have tried
/usr/sbin/exim_tidydb -t 1d /var/spool/exim retry > /dev/null
/usr/sbin/exim_tidydb -t 1d /var/spool/exim reject > /dev/null
/usr/sbin/exim_tidydb -t 1d /var/spool/exim wait-remote_smtp > /dev/null

/scripts/courierup -- force
/scripts/eximup --force

The mail works for the other domains on this server.
