POP3 Help, server not recieving emails

Hello all, I have recently set up a MW 2003 ENT server, I have set up everything on it correctly as far as I can tell. My web sites work, I can send email through the server, and I just can’t send email to my self. I am getting mail delivery errors if I try to send from hotmail. And of course the mailbox never shows that there is a message there.

In the dnsmgmt for my domain I have a mail host A and a mail exchanger mx files set up.

If there is anymore info need please let me know, and any help is appreciated thank you

ok so i did the dnslint.exe that tells what your dns registries are pointed too. and lo and behold its not finding my Exchange mx file. but it is there, anyone have any idea why it wouldn't be found doing that test???

ohh and heres a copy and past of what the test says, at least part of it,
Mail Exchange (MX) records from server (preference/name/IP address):
None found
