Question Port Blocked - Need New Email POP3 Server

I am trying to get my webpages to send e-mails back to various recipients. However, the ports are blocked (and won't be unblocked in the forseeable future) and the mail just sits in my Queue folder.

So, I need another option. I'd need something free but don't have a clue what is the best (or easiest) Pop3 server to download (or if there even is one available).

Any suggestions anyone??

How are you trying to do this?

Which ports are blocked? Are they blocked on the web server or on the client?

What is your "Queue folder"? What MTA (or "mail server") software are you using?

What makes you think that a POP3 server will solve your problem? POP3 has nothing to do with sending emails.
