Postfix on multiple network interfaces

Greetings-

I'm running postfix on my Linux server and have been having issues with mail delivery. It seems that the previous owner of my IP block was flagged on several different blacklists. I tested each of the dozen or so IPs in my subnet and all but one show up in the blacklist.

I'm wondering if it's possible to send outgoing mail from a different IP address on the same server. I'm hoping that I could create a virtual network interface with the one IP that's not flagged and have my outgoing postfix mail appear to originate from this IP.

Does postfix support this type of functionality?

Thanks.

Yep, it sure does. Run "man 5 postconf" (or go to http://www.manpagez.com/man/5/postconf/) and go down to the entry for "smtp_bind_address". That is what you are looking for, and the example in the documentation there is identical to what you want to do.
