Problems sending mail to Hotmail
I've been having this problem for quite awhile now and getting tired of trying to fix it. All my users on my network are experiencing problems sending mail to hotmail accounts only. I have no problems sending to other email domains (yahoo, excite, etc...) I've double checked all of my SMTP settings and DNS settings and everything seems ok. I've also checked any spam or black list for our IP's and we are clean as an angel. I am running Exchange 2003 on Windows 2003 server. Any help is greatly appreciated. My users are getting tired of the same excuses I tell them about the problem. Please anybody help.
Thanks |

Have you tried contacting HOTMAIL? If you have checked all of your settings then maybe it is time to ask them WHY none of your mail goes thru.
PS. do you have an spf record in your DNS entry...I'm seeing this as a possible cause in a number of similar posts.
