Problems with Exim and Outlook 2K3(delayed)..possibly relating to DNS? w/ cPanel srvr

Hello all,

The problem is... Exim is becoming slower for some reason. For example, when someone sends email to me... in Horde I can see it perfectly fine in a few seconds! But it Outlook 2K3 it dosent see the "new mail" and later on (probably a week) the email will show BEING DELIVERED ON THE SAME DATE. I just noticed that today. Also, for some reason exim can't route to some domain's such as comcast.net... here is my error log from the email:

What do these mean... and what kind of error am I looking at? DNS or Exim itself?

I'm using cPanel and there are many /scripts/ exim things that I can use, but am unsure what they're functions are.... if you have experience with cPanel and exim please post!
