qmail 550 verified failed

I am having a lot of troubles with qmail. At first the rdns wasn't setup but now it is...but guess what ? The problem is still there. This is the error in mailog:

I am a newbie, so please spare me the complex technicals terms.

I access my server via ssh putty console, so telnet doesn't mean anything to me. Like i said the rdns is there. The e-mail are sended via a cgi script, and some e-mails are sended, some not, and it really seem to be a verification process. Yet my own host seller, has only provided me with the rdns solution but evidentely it's not working...so my guess is that they don't know.

I am really tired of this, after a week of searching on google,forums..there is no light at the end of the tunnel.

Help!!!
