qmail rcpthosts question
hi,
i want to make sure that only the email sender with @domain.com are allow to send emails using my mailserver. i tried adding domain.com and .domain.com to rcpthosts. however, i later realized that only allows you to send emails to domain.com. i'd like to figure out how to only allow email senders with *@domain.com to send through the mail server. thanks in advance justin |

You're trying to prevent unauthorized people from relaying mail through your server, aren't you? You're going about this the wrong way. Anyone can send mail as joeschmoe@domain.com. Have a read of http://www.palomine.net/qmail/relaying.html which lists several solutions.
